Last quarter of 19th century. American. Constructed with both square t nails and out of round wire cut nails. With halh moon cutouts on side bottoms and a pointed crest on top front. Probably originally made as a open front cupboard for a doll but was turned into a hanging shelf a long time ago. Measures 20" high by 10" wide by 4 1/4" deep.
