19th century. New England origin. Pine wood with a frame molding in original black and white paint. A great honest dry painted surface showing nice age. 12 by 12 square checkerboard on one side with a 8 by 8 square checkerboard and backgammon board on the other side. Measures 28" by 18" by 1 1/2" thick.
