Late 19th century. New England origin. Its like a piece of abstract art. Made from hand pieced together polychrome differently shaped cotton calicos, solids, and checked fabrics. With cotton batting and blue checked homespun backing and binding. All hand sewn and quilted. In very good condition with only a few very small holes and stains that are hard to find. Measures 75" by 69".
