19th Century. American. Made from a pattern that had a patent pending. All hand stitched and in good condition with some black marks on the back side. It is 11:30 PM and Santa has lots of toys for all the little children in his arms. It also has what appears to be a U.S. flag in the design. Wonderful early Christmas memorabilia.
